Televox VHF Transceiver
Where communication between dispersed personnel is required, the Amplivox "Televox" VHF transceiver may find many applications.
Pocket-sized, the equipment is battery-powered, and up to 4 crystal-controlled channels can be provided. The battery compartment fits onto the base of the equipment, but this can be replaced by a connecting unit that permits the apparatus to be powered by a separate power supply.
A telescopic aerial is provided, but provision is also made for the use of an external aerial. An internal microphone /loudspeaker is incorporated, but again a switch permits the use of a hand-held microphone /speaker unit. Accessories include a high-quality leather case, crystals, a range of microphones, and headset.
