  • The "Radio Collector's Guide 1921-1932" by Morgan E. McMahon lists this model on page 25 for 1923 under model 2771 with code "C" in the column for "Ciruits & Stages". This is explained on page 15 as "Crystal Receiver". Guest Joseph Woychowski, USA, has sent us photos as proof that it is in fact a self contained single vacuum tube detector . It's construction is basic, containing a UV tube socket, 5 ohm rheostat, grid condenser and a grid-leak resistor. The UV-200 is the tube of choice.
