The pictures are from a radio on display at the National Voice of America Museum of Broadcast in West Chester, Ohio in the Powel Crosley Jr. Museum.
This model appears to have the same chassis as the Crosley 745. Also note that the Crosley uses chassis 716 which is similar to the model number for the Amrad F-716.
