The model name "Drie maal twee" (= three times two) is derived from the fact that this receiver is equipped with 2 tubes, 2 bands and 2 tuned circuits.
Special in this model is the way the A.F. tube gets separate negative grid voltages for the triode and penthode parts. Reason is that the tube has one cathode.
