  • The RF tube 12SK7 has later been changed to 12SG7 to achieve a higher gain. Color of the Arvin model 255T with chassis RE-252 is Green with knobs in Cream. See also 253T, 254T and 256T with the same chassis for the other colors: Walnut (Volume and Tuning Knob in Rust), Ivory (Old Rose), Black (Fern Green). We list Noblitt-Sparks models under the brand Arvin. In the literature etc. you find both ways, sometimes also doubled up.
