  • The Noblitt-Sparks Arvin Model 442 with chassis RE-200 is a phantom by misinterpretation of Rider's vol.19 schematic, where two models (442 and 444) are noted and two chassis (RE-91 and RE-200). RE-91 belongs to 442, and RE-200 belongs to 444. Not vice versa. Sams is confirming that.
