  • Notes
  • This pocket radio is made by Philips Singapore for the Australian market. It is a typical 3 volt (2 X AA batteries) pocket radio.

The external markings are Astor and 1077. The SX 1077/45 designation is on an adhesive label inside the case also showing Philips origin letters SV for Singapore. "Made in Singapore" is stamped into the plastic on the base.

The radio appears to be generic which would be typical of radios imported into Australia after the removal of import duties in 1975.
