  • The Bendix Radio models 75B5 (cabinet blond), 75M5 (mahagony), 75M8 (mahagony) and 75W5 (walnut) are AC operated combinations of phono-radio as AM-FM superheterodyne receiver with an incorporated loop antenna. In the same family are also the table models (without phono) 75P6 and 75P6U with AC-DC operation and oval speaker 4 x 6". We don't know further differences between the models in this list - except that according to SAMS 75M8 uses two loudspeakers 5 7/8" Jensen ST-110 and the models 75B5, 75M5 and 75W5 use a speaker with cone diameter of 7 3/4". The cabinets may be different as we see on pictures of Rider and SAMS but we have no proof to know which is which.
