  • This fixed tuned low noise broadband 12 channel TV-VHF booster amplifier was the first product of Blonder-Tongue in 1950. This product and its descendants were in production through 1960. Unlike other contemporary TV-VHF boosters, this booster needed no tuning control. The principle of this amplifier was invented by Ben H. Tongue and Isaac S. Blonder, and is described in US patent 2710314. See also bentongue.com/bht/bht.html.
