  • Notes
  • The Bulgin KX0370 is a general purpose black phenolic "chicken head" pointer knob with a diameter of 31.8 mm and a height of 14.3 mm. The radius to the pointer is 19.8 mm. The nickel plated brass bush accepts 1/4" control shafts and has a single slotted-head passivated zinc steel grub screw.

The matching Bulgin KX0372 dial is in the form of a black phenolic bezel that is attached to the supporting panel by two countersunk head screws. It has a diameter of 47.6 mm and a nut recess of diameter 18.3 mm and depth 3.2 mm. The dial is engraved with the digits 0 to 10 over 270˚, corresponding to the rotation angle of a typical single-turn potentiometer. The blank 90˚ sector could be engraved with symbols or with texts such as GAIN or DRIVE. Variants with other shafts, colours and indicator lines (/IL) were available to agreed order.

The knob and dial, which are no longer in production, were used mainly for professional electronic equipment and the controls of home appliances.
