  • Notes
  • The Bulgin Signal Lamp D180 is one of a range of lamp holders that were used on electronic equipment such as HRO receivers. They could be supplied with transparent or translucent glass or plastic lenses in a range of colours, and sockets for MES or MBC lamp bulbs fitted with terminals or solder tags. The front-of-panel details are chromium plated and the lamp socket is insulated from the mounting bracket by SRBP or -F insulation.

The lamp bulb can have a maximum diameter of about 20 mm. It is replaced from behind the panel and the height of the socket can be adjusted to centre the filament behind the lens. A fixing hole of 3/8" diameter is required for the lamp holder and the external diameter of the lens is 1/2".
