Bulova model 270 is a battery operated portable transistorized receiver.
Bulova introduced the 270 in 1956 probably as its second radio after the 250. The 250 was a Regency TR-1 clone while the 270 is a Raytheon T-101 clone. All Transistor 270 Series, battery operated pocket size radio, earphones jack. Eine weitere Version der Transistorbestückung ist: 2N412 2N408 2N408 2N410.The circuit has a pcb but even the front is different from the handwired variant.

Laut einem Bericht in der "Radio-Electronis" Ausgabe November 1956 war das Gerät in 2 Farbvarianten erhältlich:
Model 270 = "mahagony alligator"
Model 277 = "sun-tan alligator"
Das Model 277 scheint noch nicht angelegt zu sein.
