A battery powered portable radio covering MW (187 - 570 metres) and LW (1070 - 1900 metres). In addition there is a push button pre-set for BBC Radio 1 on 247 metres MW. Housed in a two piece plastic cabinet with a black or tan vinyl cover. Socket for earphone, external loudspeaker or tape recorder. PP9 battery. Elliptical Loudspeaker 6 x 4 inch. Similar to the Murphy B870 model.
