  • The Marconi Model 284 is an AC operated 6 Tube BC Receiver. BC Band Tuning Range: 540 to 1720kHz. Has built-in loop antenna. Two output tubes (6AQ5) operate in parallel. Has Qty(1) PM 12" speaker. Cabinet is Mahogany or Walnut. Operates with either 25 or 60Hz AC power. Marconi Console Model 280 uses the same chassis and schematic but has built-in 3 speed phonograph.
