    The claimed gain characteristics of the UHF masthead amplifier are as follows.

    The amplifiers were housed in a plastic box with a hinged lid and a mounting backplate. For convenience, the PCB could be removed from the box when attaching the coax cables.

    The amplifiers could be powered by Model A/1015 or A/1024 240 V AC mains power packs, the latter version having a neon indicator and 100 mA fuse.
