Both Grinder and Collector`sGuide 1921 note a table model, which would not match the price and the advertisement. Most probably identical tube lineup with model 45. Since these models have an electrodynamicspeaker, this model 55 is probably the first Arborphone deluxe model having all latest features: Electric from wall outlet, dyn.speaker, Phono input jack, single dial tuning. That can also explain the relatively high price.
