This Day-Craft 5 Model 5046 radio has a 1500 ohm horn speaker built in. A rheostat (for the two RF stages) is accessible from the front panel labeled as "Volume"; another one (for the detector and audio stages) is mounted inside and not labeled at all. There are three tuning knobs on the front panel, the large center one will drive all three variable capacitors uniformly; two smaller knobs adjust the first and third tuned stages individually.
Terminals for external antenna and ground. Adjustable aerial coupling by a variocoupler. Another knob allows to select one or two stages of audio amplification.
