  • Info Günter Hütter: "Der DEAC 4,8 NC 10 ist ein NiCa Akku für die Luftwaffe mit 4,8 V und 10 A/St. Wurde verwendet für die frühen tragbaren Tornister Sende/Empfänger, wie Telefunken SE 499 1 Watt und Telefunken SE 469A 15 Watt. Später ab 1941 wurde dieser Akku ersetzt  mit dem Typ  4,8 NC 58. DEAC ist die Herstellerfirma, es gab auch andere Lieferanten, es muss also nicht DEAC eingeprägt oder aufgedruckt sein."

    This DEAC battery type 4,8 NC 10 can deliver 4.8 volts with 10 amp/h. It was mainly used by the German Air force for the early portable knapsack transceivers like Telefunken SE499 and Telefunken SE469A. By 1941 they were replaced with type 4,8 NC 58. Besides DEAC there were also other manufacturers for the same types.
