    Brief technical details

The main PCB assembly reference is "DE17 B3". The Keyboard PCB reference is "DE17 B2".

The design is based on a Si4734-B20 DSP IC by Silicon Labs (IC2). A basic RF Fron-end, using one J8 NPN transistor (Q7) and one C3 pair of diodes (D6) for antenna ESD protection, handles the SW signals.

    CD1622CB 2-channel/BTL audio amplifier IC drives the built-in 45mm 16 Ohm 0.25W speaker.

HT46R64 MCU IC by HOLTEK manages the radio and drives the LCD, with the help of a ATMLH236 serial EEPROM by ATMEL/MICROCHIP.

The power supply uses some additional active components to handle the battery charging (M1 diode at D8) and power regulation (65N at Q6).

The Keyboard PCB assembly uses a matrix with four T4 diodes (D1, D2, D3, D4).
