  • A battery powered portable seven transistor radio covering MW (200 - 500 metres) and LW (1200-2000 metres) plus a 'LUX' press button preset to Radio Luxemborg at 208 metres MW. Elliptical loudspeaker 7 x 3⅝ inch. Sockets for external aerial and tape recorder. Released August 1964, price £14 9 6d plus Purchase tax.

    Similar to the Ekco PT426 Valentine model which does not have the 'LUX' press button, instead it has an 'OFF' button, the PT426/L has a switched volume control.
