This model probably does not exist!
On the Wolverhampton History (Ever Ready section) site as same tube/valve line up as 5012 and 5024 (same chassis). There is no evidence anywhere that pre 1945 Ever Ready model numbers were ever different from 50xx to 53xx range, (5001 in 1935 or late 1934 to 5380 in 1940 or early 1941).
