Amplifier for scientific and laboratory use. This is the smallest of the УНЧ lineup, other models are УНЧ-5 and УНЧ-10. The first series (1960-1973) has octal tubes and a different tube cover and volume knob. The second series has been produced from 1974, with an extended frequency range to 12 kHz from the previous 8 kHz.
