The FADA model family 845 "Cloud" has a tuning range of 530 - 1680 kc (566 to 178 meters). Twin pilot lights for brillant illumination with large illuminated dial. Reduction drive tuning with ratio 11 to 1. P.M speaker with "New wonder speaker alnico V Dynamic" magnet. Built in loop antenna "Fada-Scope". Horizontal Continental Style Plastic Dial and Edge Lighted Pointer. Power consumption is 30 watts with a line surge arrester. Before uploading pictures, please control your set and look also for most similar catalin models 700 Cloud from 1947 and FADA 845 with wrong colors etc. The material of the models 845 is STYRENE plastic (Stein, Plastic Radios, page 95).
The Fada models 845 were available as model 845W in walnut, model 845A in alabaster, model 845AR in alabaster and red, model 845MA in maroon and alabaster and as model 845XA in the version onyx and alabaster. On the same folder are also models 830V in "ivory marble", 830W is walnut (in brown marble), 830A is Alabaster and 830M is color Maroon. The same documentation contains also pictures/data of models 855 which are most equal with models 550 and TVs models PC21 "Selectramatic". Just a notice for the common model years ...
