A four-track three-speed tape recorder fitted with a Thorn type DC43 deck. Speeds 1⅞, 3¾ and 7½ ips. Maximum spool size 7 inch. Moving coil recording level meter. Tape monitoring, straight through amplifier, solenoid operated automatic stop, remote pause on the microphone or by hand/foot accessory. Sockets for an external loudspeaker, radio input/output, two pickups and Aux for use with accessories including remote pause, microphone, for the playback of pre-recorded stereo tapes, second track monitoring and synchronization of an automatic slide projector.
Similar to Marconiphone 4210, HMV 2208 and Ultra 6206 tape recorder models.
