This radio was sold with an optional under-dash cradle for use as a car radio. When so used, the radio used the car aerial and power supply. The audio power increased to 850 mW when supplied from the car.
The price below included car ignition suppressors. The powered cradle was £5/19/-. Separate car speakers were also available from £3/9/6.
