Externally powered Crosby system (now obsolete) Stereo Multiplex adaptor, intended for use in the Fisher FM-100 and 100-T.
The Crosby format used an FM subcarrier for the stereo information channel, while the standard GE/Zenith system uses an AM subcarrier.
