This was a high fidelity AM/FM/Phono receiver console produced by the Fisher Radio Company in 1959.
The record changer is a Garrard RC121.
The 3 speakers are: 15 inch woofer facing down, 8 inch midrange facing forward, and a 4 inch tweeter facing forward.
