The Fisher FMR-1 is an AC operated, 18 tube commercial FM stereo tuner, with Muting, AFC, Signal Strength meter and VU meter; tunable or XTAL-controlled. This model is similar to the FM-1000, with the FMR-1 being a rack mounted model targeted for commercial use and the FM-1000 being a bookshelf type unit (mounted in an optional wooden cabinet) targeted for home use.
