The Fitzgerald model BC radio is a 9-tube, 2-band farm radio that operates on 32V DC. It has an RF amplifier, dual IF amps, and push-pull audio. It receives the Broadcast (530-1700 kHz) and Shortwave (5.4-18 MHz) bands. The large airplane dial is 8.5 inches dia. and is printed on ivory paper patterned with a fine, splotchy, silver-colored paint.
