The Grand Piano Radio for AC/DC 105 to 125 volts was made by L.K. Franklin Co. Inc., Los Angeles, California, USA. It is of rich marbled bakelite. See also the very similar model 494 before uploading pictures. On the dial of the radio it says "Continental". There's no maker's plate or model no. on the chassis. It has a normal US plug for line power.
