    This model first appeared without tuning indicator under the same model number. FM dial also may be changed to frequencies instead of channels.

    Later models have a PU terminal and switch positon not shown in the Rider's schematic.  Also, the tweeter is only featured for some console types, not for the FM-40. There also may be circuit alterations to the three years later edited Rider's schematic.
