Variable AC power supply output 0-135 VAC. Seven terminals inside switch box allow alternate wiring for output of 0-115 VAC, as described in the pictures of the operating manual. Useful for starting up an out an old radio or TV for the first time. Allows for gradually increasing the voltage and watching for any signs of trouble.
