The GE 7-2990A is a multiband AM/FM/SW portable with both analog and digital tuning. External connections include earphone jack, record output jack, and FM and SW antenna terminals. Other features include tuning meter, bandwidth switch, beat frequency oscillator, dial light, and controls for volume, bass, treble, and RF gain. Power input is 9 watts and is switchable between 120 and 220 VAC.
