General Electric model TC-3 tube tester.
External tube chart. Tests for leakage, shorts, opens and battery voltages. Illuminated meter reads "Bad - Weak - Fair - Good", % rated GIII.
Sockets for 4, 5, 6, 7 pin, 8 pin octal & loctal, 7 pin miniature, 5 pin bantam, pilot lamps. Two blanks for modernization.
0 - 10, 0 - 100 and 0 - 1000 V jacks for battery and power supply checks. Also available as portable version (TC-3P).Similar to RTL Tube and Battery Tester 120.
