  • The Grundig Classic International 960 AM/FM/SW Stereo Table Radio is a newer version (2nd edition) of the Classic 960 Anniversary Edition which was introduced on the occasion of Grundig's 50 year anniversary. It differs in wavebands, output power and has an additional antenna selector switch on the back. The cabinet is advertised as being "solid wood".

    It has bass and treble tone control and AUX RCA connectors. Three speakers are built in: one 130 mm / 4" (16 ohms, front) and two 66 mm / 3" (8 ohms, sides). The set has a ferrite bar antenna for AM and uses the mains cable as FM antenna. An auxiliary SW antenna type AN-03 (20 ft) is supplied with the radio and connects via jack. An external antenna can be connected to screw-type terminals on the back. The type of external antenna (AM or FM/SW) can be selected with the antenna selector switch.

    The dial scale has "Grundig Germany" printed on it. Made in China for Grundig, 3520 Haven Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94063. The user manual is published by Lextronix/Grundig.
