Cabinet identical to Majestic 7038. Chassis uses the same layout, but 2 tubes less (no FM).
The model number is incomplete - we assume it is a model 7038, but it can also be one of 7033, 7035 or 7030. Further, the suffix is missing (/USA, /WE or similar). The tube line-up is not 100% certain.
