Das Tonbandgerät Reporter TK9 wurde mit Amtsblattverfügung 138/54, S 148, des Amtsblattes des Bundesministers für das Post und Fernmeldwesen als private Zusatzeinrichtung für Teilnehmersprechstellen (Fernsprechanschluß) zur Aufzeichnung von Gesprächen am Fernsprecher auf ein Magnettonband und zur Wiedergabe mittels Lautsprecher zugelassen.
