- Crystal controlled six channels transceiver operates in the 27 MHz "Citizens' band" with 5 watts input, squelch control, provision for optional "S" meter HA-9, receiver VFO HA-13, similar to CB-7 differences are the panel design and antenna connector. In 1967 Hallicrafters had the contract to build CB radios for Sears, the unit is identical with the Sears Silvertone model 6550, only knobs and trims are different.
