The EP-298 conversion AC power supply was built by Hallicrafters for the Navy as evidenced by the Navy acceptance stamp on the bottom of the power supply chassis. Was designed to power the US Army Air Force aircraft liaison receiver BC-348 in place of the dynamotor shelf.
