  • Handheld 2 channel crystal controlled FM transceiver for use on frequency from 148 to 174 MHz, built in speaker microphone, user specified option for either narrow or wide band operation, output power 1,5 watts, provision for external antenna, speaker-microphone and power, with a rugged, weatherproof extruded aluminium case, same as the OPS/FM-1A with minor cosmetic and component differences, this unit has a NI-CAD battery pack, all of the "OPS" units were built for the US Office of Public Safety and were intended for paramilitary and police use.
