The valves currently shown for the WR1500 reflect the S118 Mark 2.
The WR1500 was based on the original S118 and had the valves shown in one of the uploaded photos. Specifically, the second 12BA6 (V3) should be a 6BL8/ECF80, and the 12AV6 (V4) should be a 6T8A.
(I am not aware of any WR1500s being based on the S118 Mark2. Even if there were, the unit shown on the page is certainly derived from original S118, based on both the accompanying valve chart and the "1-100" logging scale visible on the dial.)
