The Hammarlund Comet Pro (Later model, Variation 5 according to Communicatioins Receivers by Moore) covers 1,5 to 20 MHz in four bands in AM and CW (BFO).
In contrast to earlier models, the AF output tube was changed to a 2A5, and a BFO knob, Crystal filter, and phasing control were added to the front panel. Also, a new AVC tube (2B7) and AVC control were added.
