Healing 725TM "Modular" Radio Stereogram
A well designed, functional piece of furniture housing the fully transistorised radio stereogram and also providing storage for records, books, magazines, etc. Finished in Danish walnut, satin maple or teak.
Features all-States radio dial with kHz markings and twin channel chassis with 15 transistors and five diodes. Maximum power output per channel is 3W RMS. Controls comprise separate bass, treble, balance and loudness - the latter gives a boost of 18 dB at 100 Hz relative to 8,000 Hz.
Bass: at 60 Hz, boost 12 dB; cut 14 dB, Treble: at 8,000 Hz, boost 11 dB; cut 10 dB, Speakers: two Rola Type C9-6LX twin. cone independently mounted in separate enclosures and fitted with 8 ft extension leads, one movable speaker and one fixed speaker. Aerial: ferrite rod with provision for external aerial. Changer: 4-speed Garrard Model 2025TC automatic, features a low mass ultra-lightweight pick-up arm with high compliance ceramic cartridge diamond stylus and cueing lever. Extra facilities include input plug and sockets for microphone and tape recorder plus dual output sockets for stereo headphones. The main speakers are automatically disconnected when these are plugged in. Extra facilities include input plugs for microphone and tape recorder.
