The BE-2 will supply 10 amps at 6 VDC. The primary of the power transformer is tapped providing 8 switchable output increments from 5 to 7.5 VDC under load. The supply was intended to charge storage batteries and to power automobile radios and devices with similar voltage and power requirements. The supply is not regulated and has been tested at reduced current load to 11.5 volts DC.
