Heathkit HF-Transceiver HW-101
Double-conversion. SSB/CW, provision for optional CW xtal-IF-filter ($ 21.95), eight 500 kHz segments in five HAM-Bands 3.5 to 29.5 MHz. Approx. 100 watts output (advertised at 180 watts P.E.P. for SSB). Mainly sold in kit-form. Needs power-supply HP-23 or HP-13 (mobile).
The "Hot Water 101" was one of the most successful Heathkit products with over 30,000 sold.
