Das Millimperemeter (0-150 mA, 0,65 Ω) ist stark gefährdet. Bei Kurzschluss am 400-V-Ausgang oder z. B. Anschluss eines entladenen Elkos wirkt das Messwerk wie eine Sicherung und brennt sofort durch!
Der Schutz ist einfach:
1. Sicherung vor dem Ausgang (200 mA)
2. Schottky-Diode (z. B. SB220) in Flussrichtung über die Messwerkanschlüsse begrenzt die Spannung auf max. 0,5 V. Dann bekommt des Messwerk bei Kurzschluss zwar kurzzeitig (bis die Sicherung anspricht) noch einen Stromstoß ab, aber den sollte es überleben.
