• HP 8447E RF Amplifier, 100 kHz to 1.3 GHz.

  This broadband amplifier offers low noise, wide bandwidth, flat frequency response and low distortion. Response from 75 kHz to 1.4 GHz with a bandwidth of 3 dB and a gain of 22 dB.

  The 6 transistors are only for power supply. The HF amplification is made by a hybrid amplifier MC power-amplifier 0.1 - 1300 MHz 0960-2014.

  Input and output impedance: 50 Ω.

  This amplifier was also available with Type N connectors (Option 010).
