- Notes
-
The 4261A is a component test instrument to measure capacitance, inductance, resistance and dissipation factor automatically. The measuring range for capacitance is from 0.1pF to 19mF, inductance from 0.1µH to 1900H, and resistance from 1 mΩ to 19 MΩ.
Basic accuracy 0.2% to 0.3% depending on test signal level, frequency and measuring equivalent circuit. Typical measuring speed 200 milliseconds.
Test frequencies 120Hz and 1kHz. Five-terminal connection between component and instrument.
Analogue circuitry (npn, pnp, j-fet, mos-fet, linear) used in combination with digital circuitry (TTL, LS-TTL). No microprocessor used.
Typischer Messzyklus 200 Millisekunden.
Die Messfrequenzen betragen 120Hz und 1kHz. Anschlussschaltung mit 5 Anschlüssen zur Komponentenmessung.
Verwendet wurden Analogschaltkreise (npn, pnp, j-fet, mos-fet, linear) in Kombination mit Digitalschaltkreisen (TTL, LS-TTL). Kein Mikrozessor verwendet.
