  • Notes
  • The Hewlett-Packard Model 11710B Down Converter is designed for use with the HP Model 8654 and 8640 series Signal Generators.  Frequency inputs in the range 10 kHz to 110MHz are down-converted to the 10 kHz to 11 MHz range by the down-converter and the modulation and output level calibration of the signal generator are retained.  A straight-through selection feature allows the input to be passed unconverted through the Down Converter. In addition, a selectble 1 or 5 MHz time base output can be used as an external reference signal.
