  • H.M.V. Model 265 Gramophone, 1924. The 265 was Hayes' copy of the "Hunchback" Victrola, the story of which is told in Roland Gelatt's "The Fabulous Phonograph". It has a  No. 2 soundbox and the heavy tapered gooseneck tonearm found on all the larger H.M.V. models of the period. The cabinet retains all the features of the classic Victrola shape.

    Grammofono a mensola modello 265 H.M.V., 1924. Il 265 era la copia di Hayes del Victrola «Gobbo», la cui storia è narrata nell'opera di Roland Gelatt «The Fabulous Phonograph». Ha una cassa armonica n. 2 ed il pesante braccio acustico con collo d'oca rastremato presente su tutti i più larghi modelli H.M.V. dell'epoca. Il mobile mantiene tutte le caratteristiche della classica forma Victrola.
